Our story

Founded in 2025, Defined Bespoke Interiors (DBI) is a bespoke design, manufacturing and installation company based in Harworth, Doncaster. We specialise in high-quality washroom fit-outs, delivering tailored solutions that balance considered design, durable materials and reliable performance. We work across a wide range of commercial environments, providing everything from complete washroom installations to individual contract components.

Our product range includes cubicles, vanity units, IPS duct systems and shower solutions, all designed and manufactured to meet the specific demands of each project. In addition to new installations, DBI offers refurbishment services, helping clients modernise and improve existing washroom spaces with minimal disruption. Whether upgrading a single area or undertaking a full refurbishment, we take a practical, detail-driven approach to ensure consistent quality from start to finish.

Our Approach

At DBI, we believe successful projects are built on collaboration, attention to detail, and clear communication. From the initial enquiry, we work closely with each client to understand their requirements—advising on suitable cubicle ranges, colours, layouts, sizes, and any specific practical or compliance needs to ensure the solution is tailored to the space.

Following this consultation, a detailed quotation is issued for review. Once accepted, we produce a full CAD drawing outlining the agreed layout and all relevant dimensions. This gives you the opportunity to check that everything is correct and fit for purpose before moving forward.

To ensure complete accuracy, manufacture will only begin once the CAD drawing and specification detailed in the quotation have been fully reviewed and signed off by the client. By managing design, manufacture, and installation in-house, we maintain full control over quality and timescales—delivering dependable results through a seamless, end-to-end service.
